Refund policy

NicheRadar plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the link in your subscription emails or by emailing beatricevitale8888@gmail.com. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

No refunds for the current billing period. Payments for a month that has already started are non-refundable, including unused credits.

Technical problems. If NicheRadar doesn't work because of a problem on our side and we can't fix it, email us and we'll refund the affected month.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers): before checkout you expressly request that the service starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once your subscription is activated.
